Piconka Chrome extension lets either drag & drop things on a page to bookmark them, or hover the cursor over the image and say 'bookmark' Simply point cursor to the element on a page and say 'bookmark', 'remember' or 'cool' to create a bookmark. Alternatively, start dragging element and put it into the deck. Piconka syncs content via Google Drive but also can work offline.
