The Law Firm is specialized in legal support of search and attracting foreign investments into Ukrainian companies. Most of our clients are medium Ukrainian companies and small start-ups that are looking for external funding like the investments and the loans with commercial interest rates. In the case of loans, the borrowers are willing to offer the yield that is competitive compared with the yield on the western markets to the investor. We understand that the risks of business in Ukraine is high, but believe that such fears are somewhat exaggerated. Our clients are small and medium companies, which is less subject for political risk. The main spheres of our clients' business is processing of agricultural products and food production, materials construction made of local raw materials, other industrial production, ie rather liquid industry. The usual loan term is 1-2 years. At the same time, in most cases, the Ukrainian borrowers have any property that is given as a pledge.
